Many thanks to Julie for allowing me to photograph her, and to use her image on our website, and newsletter. Julie was as down to earth as they come. She was a dynamic, motivating and gifted speaker who all but had me fired up to go home, and start to dig up my backyard, and expand it further. Then, I remembered - it was February. There were three to four feet of snow in my backyard, and it wasn't about to go away anytime soon. <Sigh>
Thanks to all the VIP'S - from Landscape Ontario, The National Arts Centre and The Ottawa Botanical Garden Society, who allowed me to photograph them with Julie. Many thanks to the delightful, three young pastry students from Algonquin College, and the Head of their programme, who also gave me permission to photograph them and use their images.
Lastly, a special thanks to Terry Sametz, who gave me permission to photograph the groups against his photographic exhibit, entitled "Distilled Life." www.jurankaimages.com/Sametz_Distilled_Life/index.html
What an evening!
Angela
